5 Easy, Grab n Go Breakfast Options!

When it comes to breakfast, many of my clients would rather skip it then bother with struggling to make a meal.

Here are some hassle free breakfast ideas.

• Zap some quick-oats and milk in the microwave and top with some berries.

• Go for some Greek yogurt and fruit

• Toss a piece of whole wheat bread into the toaster and spread with the nut butter of your choice

• Make a smoothie- Add Greek yogurt, frozen berries, drizzle withhoney, add water or milk and blend

• Create a breakfast quesadilla- crack 1 egg, toss in 1-tablespoon lowfat cheddar cheese and whip everything together. Cook in non-stick skillet, then roll-up egg scramble topped with salsa in a whole wheat tortilla
