1.Once a week, go to the grocery store and stock your freezer full of chicken, fish and lean meat. I have a family of 6 so I buy 2+ pounds of chicken, fish and lean meat each week.
2.Keep your pantry stocked with a variety of ingredients
- Canned organic tomatoes
- Canned organic beans
- Lentils
- Brown rice
- Pasta
- Dried herbs and spices
- Olive oil
- Canola oil
- Sesame oil
3.Keep multiple sauces and broth on hand
- Marinara
- Mustard
- Pesto
- Soy sauce
- Enchilada sauce
- Veggie, chicken and beef broth
